Time Incorrect

I have been working on getting OTRS working how i want it but can't seem to get the Time of created tickets and any updates to be correct. It just show an hour behind and shows UTC. I have changed it to Europe/London everywhere it shows TimeZone but it still shows the same. I have also tried +1 for BTS but no luck it nevert changes. Also have confirmed the System Time is correct.

Any Idea where this will be pulling that that TimeZone from so i can change it.
