I'm using Znuny 7.1 and I would like to automatically assign incoming tickets to a queue based on the user's email address.
Additionally, I want this queue to appear in the "Queue View".
Could someone guide me on how to:
Create a queue based on the user's email domain or address?
Configure Znuny to automatically route those emails into the appropriate queue?
Ensure that this queue is visible in the Queue View for agents?
