Hi, We are experiencing an issue with the search feature in OTRS 6.0.15. Currently, the system only allows searching if the entire ticket number is entered exactly. However, if a partial ticket number, a keyword or phrase is entered, the search will not return any results.
We are trying to determine the cause and find out if anyone made any changes before this error occurred. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks.
