add series or country code to the ticket number

Hi, I'm using znuny 6.5.9 and I have a quick question.

I have agents in different countries in Central America and Mexico, etc., I need to identify the tickets by country, for example:

Guatemala
GT + ticket number

El Salvador
SV + ticket number

Mexico
MX * ticket number

Is it possible to configure it?
