can't find oauth2 admin options after upgrade to

Hello everyone.

I've recently upgraded my otrs 6.0.18-01 to version 6.0.40-1.el7, but I can't seem to find the oauth2 options in the admin menu.

I've run the bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::UpgradeAll and it says "There are no installed packages"

I don't know if I'm missing some step or what the hell is going on but I really would appreciate some kind helping hand.
