Customer portal view and export to Excel

Hello,
we are using Znuny 6.5 and my questions are related to the customer portal.
Is it possible to add an additional column in the "Tickets" "CompanyTickets" view? For example, one of our customers would like to see the "Priority" of the ticket here.
Or is it possible to change the "Ticket"-"Search"-"Output in Excel"? He would like to have the "Owner" column here to see who is processing the ticket.
