Setting display name for customer to firstname lastname

HI,

I'm on znuny 7.0.16 and got the question how the customer email display name is set to "firstname" "lastname". currently the useraccountname is set.

Our main customers are internal users from our AD. In the customer user information the first and last name show up correctly.

As i have not found any hint or solution I'm asking here
