How to enable bulk owner changes? (EDIT: running LTS 6.5.3)
We need to close a bunch of tickets that an agent (who is now gone) left open. In the ticket view we select them, then choose 'Bulk' and get told that they are owned by another agent and cannot be unlocked. How do we re-assign tickets like this other than opening each one and taking ownership?
